"He that hath an ear, let him hear."
What do we do?
The Audio/Video Ministry exists for the purpose of glorifying God through the talents He has given us, so that people may come to know the saving grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We accomplish this goal by:
- Supporting the various ministries of Fair Haven.
- Insuring that everyone has the ability to hear and understand the spoken word in all of our worship services.
- Creating recordings that are of the highest quality possible.
- Continuing to grow spiritually as well as technically.
- Edifying each other through prayer.
- Supporting the leadership of Fair Haven by providing technical assistance whenever called upon.
- Remaining a vital, transparent part of Fair Haven.
- Doing all with a servant's heart knowing that anything we do will directly affect the outcome of the ministries of Fair Haven.
- Striving for excellence, giving our all, and never forgetting that what we do comes from God.
Audio/Video Duplication Ministry
One of the ways our ministry serves others is through audio and video recordings. Many of the services at Fair Haven are available for purchase on either CD or DVD.
To place an order for a specific service on either CD or DVD, please complete the A/V Request Form and return it to the Welcome Desk or mail the request to the church. Please be sure to include payment with your order. CD's are $3 and DVD's are $5. Once placed, orders are usually available for pickup within one week.
Worship service recording availability is as follows: The Sunday Morning Worship Service and the Sunday Evening Worship Service are available on both CD and DVD. The Summer Bible Conference (held on Wednesdays during July & August) and any Wednesday services with guest speakers are available on CD and DVD.
Who are we?
The Fair Haven Audio/Video Ministry depends on its many workers to provide seamless support to the many ministries of the Fair Haven Baptist Church. Our audio technicians are Mary Down, Mark Dean, and Mike Swihart.
Brent Gordon is our video technician, and is in charge of recording, editing, and production of all video recordings.
Several of the ladies run the computer systems to control what is projected during the services.
Should you have any questions regarding the Audio/Video Ministry, please contact the church office at office@fair-haven.org.
